For the bigger jobs, we have professional companies we work with that can completely stage a whole home if necessary.

We list the property on various platforms, including Realestate.com, Domain.com, our own website and other lesser websites.We also use social media to directly target buyers who may not be frequenting the above websites on a daily or weekly basis.
We show the properties to interested parties by either open homes, private inspections or by video for those who are unable to view in person.
Negotiation
We negotiate with potential buyers or their agents to secure the best possible price and terms for you the seller.
